| Can you help? Our online shop uses a Microsoft Access database and it's the opening of this that is the problem. We know we should upgrade to SQL but it has worked for 10 years with no issues, so it has always been one of those to-do jobs that never got done. Our problem lies with the Jet driver. It was working one moment then just stopped working. The error message is the same as if the security permissions on the file are incorrect but they are the same full permissions that they have always been. There were no updates on the server, the database was last updated a month ago and no ASP pages have been changed. We have reloaded the Jet driver but to no avail. We have also uploaded a tiny Access file and attempted to open it but we get the same error. If you have any ideas please email me, Colin, at colin@motorsportworld.co.uk |
